- - 1 Cup Granola (optional)
Directions
- Grab a to go glass the night before and layer yourself some breakfast. The transportability of this is nice and it is a great way to balance your metabolism for a great day outside.
**HIGHNOTE: When you are on the course you should always have a fat sack of medicated granola.
