Florentine Omelet


Ingredients


  • - 3 - 4 eggs

  • - 1 tsp of CannaButter, Infused Coconut Oil, or Infused Olive Oil

  • - 2 oz spinach

  • - 1 clove of garlic

  • - A dash of shredded cheese

  • - Salt and pepper to taste





Directions


  • In an 8 inch non-stick pan add oil and set heat to medium-high. While your pan is heating up grab a whisk and whip your eggs in a medium sized bowl. This is a great time to season with salt and pepper. Once the pan has a slight smoke hue to it pour in the whisked eggs and start forming the base with a rubber spatula. Turn down the heat and add remaining ingredients. Once warmed through slid onto a plate and enjoy with some fresh garden salsa.
