Moroccan Omelet


Ingredients


  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 tsp Infused Olive Oil

  • 3 rainbow chard, wilted

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 oz ground lamb

  • 1 tsp fresh mint

  • 1 Tbsp fennel small dice





Directions


  • In an 8 inch non stick add fat and heat to Medium-High. Whip eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour in eggs and start forming the base with a rubber spatula, add remaining ingredients.
