Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp Infused Olive Oil
- 3 rainbow chard, wilted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 oz ground lamb
- 1 tsp fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp fennel small dice
Directions
- In an 8 inch non stick add fat and heat to Medium-High. Whip eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour in eggs and start forming the base with a rubber spatula, add remaining ingredients.
