Wake and Bacon Omelet


Ingredients


  • - 3 eggs

  • - 1 Tbsp butter

  • - 1 Tbsp Infused Coconut Oil

  • - ½ lb. bacon, cooked

  • - Embelish with a little relish





Directions


  • The first move to this dish is to bake off the bacon. Start by lining a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Place bacon on the paper in a single layer and place into the oven. NOW set the oven at 420 and allow the bacon to start cooking. Starting your bacon in a cold oven keeps it straight and allows it to cook evenly. Remove bacon once cooked to your desired crispness. Reserve bacon fat for cooking everything.

    To make the omelet you will start by cracking 3 eggs in a metal bowl and whisk for a minute. Once nice and fluffy add some salt and pepper and pour into a preheated pan with 1-2 T medicated oil. Stir the eggs in the pan to form a base and grab remaining ingredients. Layer in and fold in half. Cook for another minute on each side and place on a plate. Enjoy!
