Big Shrimpin Salad
Ingredients
- - 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- - 1 cup CannaMayo
- - 2 Celery, small dice
- -4 scallions, sliced
- - 1 jalapeno, minced
- - 1 Avocado. small dice
- - 1/2 Cup snap peas, raw, cut
- - 2 Tbsp Sriracha
Directions
- What a wonderful way to use up left over shrimp from the night before. The first step to this dish is to make sure that your shrimp are peeled and deveined. The second step is to add your mayo to a medium size bowl and start chopping the remaining ingredients. Once you have finished mix them in with the CannaMayo. Stir and season to taste. Add shrimp and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes and reseason if needed.
