Ingredients


  • - 2 lbs Clams

  • - 2 White Onion, small dice

  • -3 Tbsp Garlic, Chopped

  • - 1 pt White Wine, plus 1 glass for you and yours

  • - 1 bunch parsley, chopped

  • Stop here and cook these

  • - 1 Cup bacon, cooked and chopped

  • - 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes

  • - 1 Cup celery , medium dice

  • - 1 red onion, medium dice

  • - 1/2 Cup CannaButter

  • -1 Cup white wine

  • - 1 Cup carrots, small dice

  • - 4 Tbsp flour

  • - 2 Cups CannaCream

  • - 2 Cups chicken stock, to adjust consistency





Directions


  • To begin this wonderful dish simply heat a pan with 3 Tbsp of Medicated Oil and add Clams, like all seafood be sure to towel dry them first and be careful, if there is any water in this it will flame hard. Once they begin to just start to open add the garlic and white onions and cover. Let this steam out for a minute or two on medium heat. Turn heat up and add white wine. once they are all open discard the shells and keep all of the goodies with the clams. Strain reserve clams and jus seperately .

    Add Medicated oil to a Dutch oven and cook veggies and garlic for 5-8 minutes on medium heat until they smell like your childhood at Grandmas. Then add the flour and toast for 3 minutes. Your next step will be to add the white wine and allow to cook for another 3 minutes. . Next add the cream and once boiling add stock.

    You will be able to enjoy your Cannabis Chowda once the potatoes are tender and it is thick. Once it is at your desired thickness add the bacon and clam love.

    Serve with a lemon and a joint conversation.
