Canna Caprese
Ingredients
- - 8 oz cherry tomatoes, ½'d
- - 4 oz Infused Olive Oil
- - 4 oz mozzarella, 1/4 inch cube
- - 2 oz potsto
- - 1 bunch basil, chiffonade
- - 2 shallot, minced
- - 2 garlic, cloves, minced
- - 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
- So simple to make and easy to eat. Combine everything in a bowl and cover. Allow to sit on your counter at room temperature for at least an hour. While you are waiting, light a fresh one, fresh grill that is. Slice a baguette on the bias and drizzle with Olive Oil. Place the bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side. Spoon tomato mixture on top of your grilled bread and don't chew with your mouth open.
