Ingredients
- - 2 lemons, zest & juice
- - 6-8 oz Infused Olive Oil
- - 1 Tbsp mustard, Dijon
- - 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- - 1 shallot, minced
- - 1 garlic clove, minced
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place in mason jar and thoroughly shake it. Pour over mixed greens, use in couscous or quinoa salad with fresh veggies.
