Pumpkin Soup


Ingredients


  • - 1 Butternut squash, peeled, seeded, chopped

  • - 2 yellow onion, chopped

  • - 2 Granny Smith Apple

  • - 2 Tbsp Chopped garlic

  • - 4 Cups Apple Cider

  • - 1/2 Cup brandy

  • -4 oz Infused Coconut Oil

  • - 2 Tbsp CannaButter





Directions


  • Method: Heat Infused Coconut Oil in a large soup pot on medium heat, Add onion and squash and season with salt and pepper, place a lid on and cook on medium for 5 minutes. dont burn it!! alcohol and stand back as it may flame up. allow to cook off and then add cider. cook until soft and puree

  • sub other veggies for the squash at the same weight.
