Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
- - 1 Butternut squash, peeled, seeded, chopped
- - 2 yellow onion, chopped
- - 2 Granny Smith Apple
- - 2 Tbsp Chopped garlic
- - 4 Cups Apple Cider
- - 1/2 Cup brandy
- -4 oz Infused Coconut Oil
- - 2 Tbsp CannaButter
Directions
- Method: Heat Infused Coconut Oil in a large soup pot on medium heat, Add onion and squash and season with salt and pepper, place a lid on and cook on medium for 5 minutes. dont burn it!! alcohol and stand back as it may flame up. allow to cook off and then add cider. cook until soft and puree
- sub other veggies for the squash at the same weight.
