Crepes of Wrath
Ingredients
- - 1 Cup flour
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 Cup milk
- - ¼ tsp salt
- - 2 Tbsp CannaButter

- Crepes are a simple fix for hunger. You can wrap them around some ham and cheese or brush them with some medicated chocolate and go bananas. Keep in mind that you will want to give the batter a moment to rest before cooking. This will keep them nice and light instead of tight and chewy. Proven fact: rest your body and your gluten structure!
Now we begin the process of making the Crepes. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
when you are ready to cook simply place a crepe pan or shallow walled saute pan on medium high heat with a small amount a fat in the pan. You will want to ladle in a thin layer and allow to cook through on one side and flipping to finish on the other.
