Cornish Pastie, The OG


Ingredients


  • - 1 potato, cooked, diced

  • - 1 rutabaga, cooked diced

  • - 1 lb ground beef, cooked

  • -1 tsp thyme, oregano, rosemary

  • - 4 Tbsp CannaButter, chilled, cubed

  • - 4 Short Crust portions

  • - ½ Cup egg wash





Directions


  • Roll out dough to a 1/4 of an inch and reserve. Grab a mixing bowl and vegetables with meat and season with spices and salt and pepper of course. Stuff and roll by crimping at the sides. Brush with egg wash and place on a silpat in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Or until golden brown and delicious looking. Let stand 5 minutes before inserting to your face. It is like Napalm inside there.
