Cannabis Portobello Sandwich

Cannabis Portobello Sandwich


Ingredients

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
6 kaiser rolls, split, toasted
1 tablespoon butter
6 leaves lettuce
6 tomato slices
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup canna-olive oil (see our recipe)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
6 portobello mushroom caps
1/2 cup canna-mayo ( see our recipe )

Directions

1. Preheat your outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil for best results.
2.Mix together your balsamic vinegar, canna-olive oil and garlic in a bowl.
3. Place the portobello mushrooms gill-side up on a baking tray.
4. Brush the mushrooms with the vinegar mixture and allow to marinate for around 5 minutes.
5. Next move the marinated mushrooms to the preheated grill with the gill-side down.
6. Go ahead and grill mushrooms until they are nice and tender, making sure to brush both sides of the mushrooms with the remaining marinade and grill about 4 minutes on each side.
7. Now you can mix the canna-mayo, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and basil in a bowl.
8. Then butter the toasted kaiser rolls, and spread with the canna-mayo mixture.
9. Finally using the mushrooms, lettuce, and tomato slices evenly . make your 6 sandwiches and serve to your guests.

Grilled Ganja Veggie Sandwich




Ingredients

1/4 cup canna-mayonnaise ( see our recipe )
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 cup canna-olive oil (see our recipe )
1 cup sliced red bell peppers
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 small yellow squash, sliced
4 6-inch focaccia bread pieces
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl blend the canna-mayo, minced garlic, and lemon juice then just set aside in the refrigerator to cool.
2. Next preheat the grill on high while you get the veggies ready.
3. Now brush the vegetables with canna-olive oil on each side and brush the grate with canna-oi as well to get all the flavors.
4. Place the veggies are the grill and cook for about 3 minutes, turn, and cook for another 3 minutes, keeping in mind some veggies take a bit longer than others.
5. Once done remove from grill and set aside on an plate.
6. Next spread the canna- mayonnaise mixture on the cut sides of the bread and sprinkle with feta cheese.
7. Place the bread on the grill cheese side up and cover with lid for 2 to 3 minutes until the bread is warm and the cheese is melting.
8. Don't let the bottoms of the bread burn and then remove from grill and layer with the vegetable, top with another piece of bread or enjoy as open face style.

Marinated Marijuana Chicken Pita




Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup canna-olive oil ( see our recipe ) 
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 pocket bread round, cut in half
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Directions


1. Mix your canna-olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper in a large ziplock bag.
2. Next add the chicken cubes and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, more is better.
3. After that pour the chicken and marinade into a frying pan and cook over medium-high heat or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
4. Then just stuff each half of the pocket bread with chicken, onions, tomatoes, and yogurt and serve while still nice and hot !

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup canna-butter ( see our recipe )
  • 1 cup bread cubes
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 (5 ounce) can chunk chicken, drained and flaked
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions


1. Over medium-low heat melt your canna- butter into a large saucepan.
2. Next add your bread cubes and toss to coat with butter.
3. Stir in carrots, salt, parsley and chicken and allow to for cook for at least 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Next beat together the 6 eggs and milk and stir in the cheese.
5. Pour this egg mixture over bread mixture and stir briefly to combine.
6. Cook until eggs are set to your liking about 10 to 15 minutes usually.

Ingredients





2 tsp cannabis butter

2 slices sourdough bread

2 slices pepper jack cheese

2 slices tomato (optional)







Directions









1Spread Cannabis butter on one side of each slice of bread

2Place buttered side down in a hot frying pan

3layer the cheese slices on one side of the bread

4Top with tomato (optional)

5Place other bread slice on top (buttered side out)

6Use a spatula and press down on bread

7When bread is golden brown, flip with spatula, press down with spatula, and brown other side.

8Cut in half and bite into the cheesy goodness!

  • 12 sliced sandwich bread

  • 4 tbsp melted CannaButter

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 12 eggs

  • salt

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped thyme

Instructions




  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with CannaOil . Using a rolling pin, flatten each piece of bread into a very flat square, then cut each piece in half diagonally to create two triangles.


  2. Place two triangles into each cup, pressing down to make sure the entire bottom of each cup is covered. Brush bread with melted CannaButter. Bake until the bread is lightly toasted, about 8 minutes.


  3. Top each cup with a bit of cheddar then crack eggs into cups. Season with salt and pepper.


  4. Bake until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking, about 18 minutes for medium. Top with bacon and chives and serve warm.

  • Paper cupcake liners

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ cup Cannaoil

  • 1 egg

  • ⅓ cup Cannamilk

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour


Steps:



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper liners.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.

  3. Place Cannaoil into a 1 cup measuring cup and add the egg and enough Cannamilk to fill the cup. Add to flour mixture and stir.

  4. Fold blueberries into the batter.

  5. Fill muffin cups to the top. Sprinkle each cup with ground cinnamon.

  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in preheated oven.

Steps:

  2. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, CannaButter, honey and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

  3. Stir in the 2 cups of assorted chocolate chips, dried fruit, and nuts. Mix everything together well.

  4. Lightly press mixture into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 20 minutes then cut into bars. Let bars cool completely in pan before removing or serving.

Steps:



  1. Preheat griddle or frying pan on medium high setting.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Using a separate bowl, combine oil, CannaMilk, egg and water. Mix well.

  4. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and stir gently. Batter should appear somewhat lumpy.

  5. Grease cooking surface slightly then pour batter according to your size preference.

  6. Flip the pancakes when you see bubbles on the surface. Heat for about another minute.

  • This is a saving grace kind of dish that we usually make after we have Potsta and Marynara. It is so simple to make and goes nicely with a Thrilled Cheese Sandwich.

    Take the time to reduce the cream at a slow pace and add the Marynara hot. Blend with a hand blender or place in a counter top blender and puree smooth.

    For that grilled cheese sandwich be sure that you are using medicated butter in the pan for a highlight to dessert.

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 1 ½ cups CannaMilk

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Steps:



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt Cannabutter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.

  3. Add onions, garlic, and broccoli. Stir occasionally until the vegetables are soft.

  4. Spoon cooked vegetables into unbaked pie crust and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella.

  5. Pour beaten egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons canna-butter (see our recipe)

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup chopped cooked ham







Directions







1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and grease up one of your 10-inch round baking dishes.

2Next melt the canna-butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook while stirring the onions and bell peppers until softened, it usually takes about 5 minutes.

3Now stir in the ham and continue cooking until heated through about 5 minutes maybe more.

4Go ahead and beat the eggs and milk into a large bowl and stir in the cheddar cheese and ham mixture, and season to your liking with salt and black pepper.

5Next pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven until eggs are browned and puffy, usally about 25 minutes.

6And serve warm when your ready to enjoy you mile high breakfast.

Directions


  • Warm Budda and HoneyBuzz in a glass bowl and reserve. Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix together milk, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring very gently until just combined. Mix in Honeybutter to the batter, stirring gently to combine. Stir in more milk if needed for a little thinning. 1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup canna-butter ( see our recipe )

1 loaf of your favorite french bread cut into bite size pieces.

2 cups canna-milk ( see our recipe )

6 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 pinch ground cinnamon or more to your taste

1 tablespoon brown sugar or more as needed







Directions








1Fist you will grease up a 9x12-inch baking dish.

2Next stir 1 cup of brown sugar and canna-butter together in a saucepan over low heat until the butter melts and sugar dissolves into butter.

3Pour this into the baking dish and spread a layer of bread pieces over the top of it.

4Then mix your canna-milk, eggs and vanilla extract together in a bowl and pour over bread into the baking dish until all bread is absorbing the mix.

5After that sprinkle some cinnamon over the top and refrigerate for a few hours.

6When your ready to prepare go ahead and preheat your oven to 450 degrees F and sprinkle remaining brown sugar over the top of the bread mixture.

7Bake for around 30minutes or until casserole is browned and bubbling.

This recipe is perfect with a hot cup of coffee!

  • - 1 Cup peanut butter

  • - 2 bananas, sliced

  • -1/2 Cup HoneyBuzz





Directions


  • So simple to make and so easy to play clean up if you have an electric griddle.

    Slice bread an inch or so thick and place on wire racks and allow to dry out for an hour before you dip. I am sure that you can find something to roll by the time! The next step is to simply mix the remaining ingredients in a deep bowl and start dunking away. Dip the bread for a few seconds on each side and place on to a preheated nonstick griddle.

    Once bread has been cooked assemble sandwich and reheat in the oven. Drizzle with HoneyBuzz and serve or when we bake for large groups we hold these in a 200 degree oven while we get our bake on for the entire group.

6 thick slices bacon

3 tablespoons of your canna-butter ( see our recipe)

4 eggs

2 smaller tomatoes slide for frying

1 1/2 cups whole mushrooms

4 slices of your favorite bread







Directions








1Ok... so first lay the bacon slices in a single layer in a large skillet and fry over medium heat until it begins to get tinged with brown.

2Go ahead and fry on both sides and remove from pan but make sure and save the grease... the best part.

3Next melt the canna-butter in skillet and crack eggs into pan being careful not to break the yolks of course.

4Place your thinly sliced tomato, your mushrooms and favorite bread in the skillet.

5Fry everything gently in your skillet now, stirring mushrooms and tomatoes occasionally make sure to keep everything separate and turn bread over to brown on both sides.

6When the egg whites are well cooked but the yolks are still a bit runny, go ahead and dish 1 egg per piece of bread and divide all the other ingredients onto each piece of bread after that.

7Good hardy breakfast for two people !

Directions


  • Whenever there is left over chicken this is high on the request list. It is so simple because its a mix of chicken and veggies in one bowl and seasoned whipped eggs in a separate bowl. Heat a saute pan on medium high heat and pour in your seasoned eggs. Stir your eggs for about 30 seconds and smooth out. Place chicken and filling inside your omelet and fold in half. Cook for a minute or so on each side. Enjoy!

  • - 1 potato, cooked, diced

  • - 1 rutabaga, cooked diced

  • - 1 lb ground beef, cooked

  • -1 tsp thyme, oregano, rosemary

  • - 4 Tbsp CannaButter, chilled, cubed

  • - 4 Short Crust portions

  • - ½ Cup egg wash





Directions


  • Roll out dough to a 1/4 of an inch and reserve. Grab a mixing bowl and vegetables with meat and season with spices and salt and pepper of course. Stuff and roll by crimping at the sides. Brush with egg wash and place on a silpat in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Or until golden brown and delicious looking. Let stand 5 minutes before inserting to your face. It is like Napalm inside there.

Ingredients


  • - 6 pc Rye bread, toasted

  • - 1 Cup Dill pickled dip, or any infused dip that you enjoy

  • - 2 oz Sliced Proscuitto

  • - 8 Figs





Directions


  • Method; Assemble with toast first, then dip, the a fig or other Mary'nated fruits and drape a piece of Prosciutto over the top and a dab of oil and cracked pepper to finish.
